State police say a Pa. man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl he lured via Snapchat.

Evan Deckard, 26, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, faces 14 charges, including sexual assault and indecent assault. Online court records show that he was being held in the Washington County Jail on Friday after failing to post $100,000 bail. WPXI reported that the two planned to meet again because Deckard did not give her a vape pen as promised.
Deckard’s bail was initially set at $250,000 and then lowered to $100,000, court records show. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 18.
