The shooting happened about 10 p.m. Saturday at KD Party Center on State Road south of Snow Road, police say. Officers found a 28-year-old pregnant woman with a graze wound to her stomach and a 32-year-old man with a wound to the groin. Police say the shooting occurred after a fight involving Thorpe and two others, including the man who was seriously hurt in the shooting. Thorpe reportedly was arrested at the party center after he dropped a handgun while walking past an officer while trying to leave.The pregnant woman was in stable condition Sunday morning, while the injured man was listed in critical condition. Police did not update their conditions on Monday.
