Flour + Water Pizzeria plans to close June 17, 2022, and rebrand as Yellow Moto Pizzeria with a target opening date around mid-July.Just shy of three years in San Francisco’s bustling Mission District, Flour + Water Pizzeria is slinging its last pie — at least under its recognizable moniker.that Flour + Water Pizzeria, at 702 Valencia St., will close its doors next month on June 17 as it prepares to rebrand into a new concept called Yellow Moto Pizzeria.
The pizzeria is expected to get a makeover and shift to a more casual dining experience. State records show White recently applied and was approved for a type 47 liquor license, which means that Yellow Moto Pizzeria will be able to add cocktails to its drink menu in addition to serving beer and wine. One thing White will keep from Flour + Water Pizzeria is its existing pizza menu, which Eater reported he “promises” won’t change.
