A Hoffman Estates crash near Higgins and Barrington roads left two people dead, the police department said.High school sweethearts who recently graduated were killed in a north suburban crash while on their way to work on Saturday morning, family members said.
A woman, who was driving one of the vehicles, and a man, who was a passenger in her vehicle, were transported to local hospitals, where they were both pronounced dead, police said. Both were 18 years old.
