The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced three roster moves on Thursday.
The former Regina Rams receiver was drafted by the Green and White 72nd overall last year and attended training camp with the team, before returning to the University of Regina for his final season of U Sports eligibility.Stay on the ball with the 306 Sports Fix newsletter.
The 6-foot-1, 237-pound Oklahoma native has put up 114 tackles, 2.5 sacks, six pass knockdowns and one interception in 31 career games with the Beavers. He previously spent two seasons at the University of Arkansas. Additionally, the Riders have releases American linebacker Justin Rice, who appeared in three games with the team last season, making one special teams tackle.
