Police said two people were injured after a vehicle -- they had allegedly stolen -- crashed on the boulevard in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood early WednesdayPolice are investigating after a vehicle that was reported stolen crashed along Roosevelt Boulevard early Wednesday shortly after it attempted to flee from police.
The victim explained to the officiers, according to police, that as he parked his car, he was approached by two men he didn't know, who then attacked him, punching him in the face and knocking him to the ground.
