West state Route 76 closed in Oceanside area due to crash [Breaking]
A man suspected of drunken driving crashed on west state Route 76 in Oceanside Tuesday afternoon, prompting an hours-long closure, police said.Witnesses told officers that the driver in a Ford Ranger veered off the road, hit the center divide and rolled over several times.
The driver is expected to be arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said. Weapons were also found in the truck, which may result in additional charges.Officers set up a detour in the area while the crash was investigated. Police estimated the road would be clear around 2:30 p.m.
