The boy was driving a go-kart-style vehicle during the crash Monday afternoon in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood of Dallas, according to police.Authorities are asking the public’s help to identify the motorist and suspect vehicle accused of being involved in a hit-and-run crash Monday that left a teen in the hospital, Dallas police said.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m. Monday, officers were dispatched to the 5100 block of Clover Haven Street, located in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood of Dallas, where someone reported a hit-and-run crash, according to police.Investigators believe someone was driving out of an alleyway in the area when they hit a 13-year-old boy who was in a go-kart-style vehicle, police said in a Tuesday news release. Police also released an image of the suspect vehicle.
