movie starring Taron Egerton has gotten its first trailer as well as a streaming premiere date of March 31st on Apple TV+.
The film putting Egerton back in business with Apple, following his SAG Award-nominated turn in its crime drama seriesdeveloped by Dennis Lehane, tells the unbelievable story of how one of the world’s most popular video games found its way to avid players around the globe. Henk Rogers discovers Tetris in 1988, and then risks everything by traveling to the Soviet Union, where he joins forces with inventor Alexey Pajitnov to bring the game to the masses.
Jon S. Baird directed from a script by Noah Pink. Producers on the pic are Marv Films’ Matthew Vaughn, AI FIlm’s Leonard Blavatnik, Unigram’s Gregor Cameron, and Gillian Berrie.
