A salad spinner not only gets your leaves super dry, but it’s also the easiest tool for navigating the wash-and-dry one-two punch: To wash, fill the bowl of the spinner with cold water, then add your greens to the basket. Submerge the basket in the bowl, use your hand to move the leaves around, then let them hang out for a few minutes so the dirt settles to the bottom.
