The National Weather Service urged Utah residents to stay away from flooded areas, as several videos were shared showing cars driving through water.
:"He was able to crawl out of the back, and a few people jumped out and pulled him into a car," and added:"A few minutes later the car was completely submerged. It was pretty scary stuff."
In the city of Enoch, a state of emergency was declared as around 200 houses were impacted by the flooding, while the Utah Highway Patrol said the I-15 was closed near Cedar City because of water on the road.
