At 46, she’s honestly never looked better.
The routine included an elliptical warmup, some time on the stair master, and tricep work using cables. Next, she went straight into lower body exercises, with a series of deadlifts andusing kettlebells, barbells, and even finished off with sled pushes and a round of planks using a stability ball.
Union emphasizes that her motivations for exercise go way beyond the physical benefits: “There are times I work out for a job or specific athletic goals but usually I work out to maintain my peace,”
